The beauty of the Night
Has performed
More than magic;
Darkness and light
Have come
Into a peaceful harmony:
A balloon,
In radiant white,
With a strange, dreamy look
On its round face,
Is tied,
High up in the sky,
To the end of a little boy’s stare.
