Here the toll of bells
From a belfry,
There the call of a muezzin
From a minaret:
Men waiting to be saved
from above
Are comforted by the influence
Of different sounds.
On the shores of existence
They pass their time
By fighting with each other,
All because of the angst
Of their passage across the ocean.
